Conditions of Tenancy
Reservations will be made strictly in order of receipt of deposit, and acceptance only from people over 18. The tenancy may not be sub-let and accommodation is limited to the number of people stated at the time of booking. We regret we are unable to accommodate all male or all female parties
Tenants are responsible for replacing or paying for any damage or breakage's and we ask that you leave the Apartment in the same condition in which it was when you started your holiday please as there are other holiday-makers following you and they also may have had a long journey.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, or loss of, or damage to, any of your property. Dogs allowed at proprietor's discretion. Please report any failure of electrical or other equipment immediately to proprietors and access will be available to them at all reasonable hours.
Accommodation is usually available by 3.00 pm on day of arrival, and terminates at 10.30 am on day of departure. Please remember these conditions are designed with your well being and comfort in mind.
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Customers are reminded that they are legally responsible for the full amount should the accommodation not be re-let and are strongly advised to take out a cancellation guarantee to cover the liability with your Insurance Agent. Deposits and rentals cannot be refunded unless covered by the guarantee.
