The self catering holiday apartment is in the Tower attached to Sandy Close which is situated in three acres of its own grounds well away from the main road and surrounded by the National Trust countryside "The Rushygreen" (200:SW.785608). The situation is unrivalled on the Cornish coast, the uncommercialised and unspoilt Crantock Beach with excellent bathing and surfing is only a few minutes walk from the property. Children can play safely on the beach, which is patrolled during the peak season by lifeguards.

One well-behaved dog welcomed by arrangement please. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the Tower.
We have a No Smoking policy in the Tower.
The Tower sleeps only four people -Families and Couples only - no single sex parties or groups.
Linen is provided also a cot, highchair, baby bath at no extra cost. Please let us know if you require these facilities. Please supply your own beach towels.
Heating, lighting, hot water, parking all-inclusive; tumble dryer 50p for 15 mins.
The Tower has a downstairs cloakroom and stairs up to an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment.
There is a double and a twin bedroom; the double has a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean with Goose Rock, the twin peaceful country views. Bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail. There is underfloor heating throughout and radiator on the landing for extra boost in winter. In the living area is a gas coal effect stove burner - the Tower is so well insulated there is hardly need for this. Built in 2002 the Tower conforms to all regulations, double-glazing, smoke detectors etc. The bathroom and kitchen areas have tiled floors and the rest fitted carpet. Colour TV (digital) and video player included.
As we have chickens free ranging we do ask that outdoor shoes be left in the entrance hall please. We thank you for this consideration.
At the rear of The Tower there is a utility room with washer and dryer for your use (dryer is 50p for 15 minutes). Also in this area are showers for use after beaching and for doggies after walking (if you think necessary). Beach and surfing equipment can also be stored in this area.

Please make cheques payable to V. B. and P. F. Cheesman. A third deposit of the total amount to secure booking, balance payable one month before holiday. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
